A yearly licence to the RotateATPL study software: an account and licence key that unlock the app on up to three of your devices for 12 months from the day of purchase, with the updates released during that time. Features and content may change as the product develops; we will not remove what you paid for during the licence period.
The licence is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your key or account, copy or resell the software or its content, or try to circumvent the licence checks. We may suspend a licence that is used in breach of these terms.
The price is shown on the pricing section in euro. Value added tax is determined by your billing country: Cyprus customers pay Cyprus VAT; customers in other EU countries pay the VAT rate of their country; businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge rule; customers outside the EU are invoiced without Cyprus VAT. You pay by card or wallet on a secure checkout operated by our payment provider; we never see your card number. You receive an invoice by e-mail.
After payment is confirmed, your licence key and download links are sent to the e-mail address you gave. Delivery is digital and normally takes a few minutes.

RotateATPL is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with EASA or with any training organisation, and it does not replace approved training or the official examination material. We cannot guarantee any examination result.
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your mandatory rights as a consumer. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the licence.
These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus; consumers keep the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where they live. We may update these terms; changes apply to purchases made after the update date shown above.
